Back to Square One; Aiming for 10 Again . . .

Five hours past Ideal Time (out of the shower by 8 AM), though it's still earlier than I expected considering my wake-up time today. I did finally get that appointment at the Valley Clinic for my ear infection, so at least that'll finally get looked at. Also realized I have a Verdugo Clinic appointment that day, so it'll be a bit of a full week . . .
