Monday 2 . . .
Six hours past Ideal Time . . .
Because of many delays - and one particularly big event - today is effectively going to be a Monday. Oh well . . .
On the bright side, the current routine has been further refined, making future progress a great possibility. It involves a lot of going back to old techniques, proving some things are best left alone . . .
Oh, and as I'll point out later, something pretty big happened today!

45 push ups, and 1.6 miles walked . . .
45 push ups had been my goal for a while; I won't explain just yet, but it had pretty big potential for my future.
