Four hours and fifty minutes past Ideal Time . . .

Well, what was supposed to be the good week after a recovery week ended up a recovery week itself. I will try not to look forward to next week, as that has a tendency to end badly; instead I'll just point out that there's a next week that happens to be fairly free of obligations.
