Next Holiday: Halloween . . .

It should be obvious, but I'm just now noticing the Halloween ads on TV. This, of course, means the Xmas ads are coming, and more reminders of my imminent SAD. There are those who are happy this time of year, and then there are us who just want it to end. Well, at least I can usually keep in under control. Ah, the joys of metal/emotional instability!

Even with the monthly defraging, there was no reason for me to turn in as late as I did last "night" - 4 AM. I really have to get my time under control.
