Six hours past Ideal Time; after a night I went to sleep on time; after a long night's sleep; I still wake up feeling lousy. Sometimes I wonder what the point of doing anything is if great effort doesn't yield even the littlest desired result. Oh well, at least the Brain Age part of the day went fairly well . . .
