Rainy Day Man . . .

One hour and a half past Ideal Time . . .

Rainy, windy, cold . . . and I got some empanadas . . . and I got quite a bit done. Boring, but effective day.

Still skipping exercise until I feel better; I don't want a stubborn cold to become pneumonia.

Meanwhile, with Further Recovery . . .

Got up earlier than I expected today; still, not nearly enough time for breakfast outside, not that I could have handled it anyway.

Other big things today included the eventual collecting of a stool sample for Monday's medical appointment, another TNA PPV, and a visit from far-away family. The usual PPV Pizza had to be substituted with some wonton soup; I'm sure I'll be ready for pizza by the next time.

So Anyway, Next Week . . .

Five hours past Ideal Time; rendered irrelevant by the messy (time-wise) appointment to the Clinic, which will get genuinely messier as I collect a stool sample for Monday . . .

Literal Recovery Week . . .

Six hours and a half past Ideal Time. Well, not just a recovery week in my personal sense, but a true recovery, as in from whatever is dwelling in my gut. I should be able to make a medical appointment tomorrow.

Sweet n' Sour, The AX '08 Experience . . .

Six, maybe Six and a half hours past Ideal Time (out of the shower by 8 AM); considering my condition, that surprisingly uplifting. Anyway, as much as I wanted to really enjoy Anime Expo, I'll have to settle for just enjoy. I was also hoping for more posts from AX, but the aforementioned condition made that difficult. Nothing like severe diarrhea, dehydration, fatigue, and a slight fever among other things to sour an otherwise sweet occasion.

AX Day! Whimper . . .

Four hours and forty minutes past ideal time. Well, I'm at the Westin Bonaventure Hotel, finished registering for Anime Expo, walked/scouted the path to and from hotel to convention center . . . and I feel like crap. I don't know what kind of bug I have in me (still suspect salmonella), but the digestive problems have now become a fever with respiratory problems, a tender/runny nose in particular. Here's to waking up better tomorrow; photos eventually. Now, to plan the next four days . . .
